It's a recipe my mum taught me! It's super easy! :D
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
10-15 small onions, peeled and halved
4 dried chillies
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 kg Prawns (de-shelled and de-veined)
Salt to taste
1tsp turmeric powder
For Garnish:
1tbsp oil
2 small onions, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
A few curry leaves
1. In a wok, heat oil and add cumin, onions and dried chillies.
2. Lower the flame and saute the onions and dried chillies (high heat will cause your chillies to blacken and it won't look nice!)
3. Once the onions become translucent, add in prawns and salt. And mix.

4. When prawns are cooked(completely white), add in turmeric powder and combine well.
Note: Prawns cook very fast! So do NOT cook them for more than 5mins!
5. Garnish: In a separate small pan, heat oil. Add in mustard seeds, onions and curry leaves. (Be careful when the curry leaves hit the oil! They tend to splatter a lot!) Once the onions have turned golden brown, pour into the prawns and combine well! And that's it! :D
