Nutella & Peanut Butter Ice Cream!

I loveee ice cream! But I don't have an ice cream machine.... :( I've tried making ice cream by taking it out frequently to mix it but still had the icy texture. Then i read an article which said increasing the fat contents will help give the creamy texture when making ice cream without ice cream machine. So I came across this recipe and decided to give it a try! This recipe is dedicated to Fiona, the peanut butter monster! Haha!

Ingredients

2 cups Whipping Cream
400ml Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Nutella, melted
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (I used chunky! Smooth should be good too)

1. Mix Condensed milk, nutella and peanut butter!

2. Whip the cream till stiff peaks form..

3. Fold in whipped cream into condensed milk mixture and combine well!

4. Pour mixture into a cake tin/container and cover. Place in freezer overnight or about 6 hours!

AND ENJOY! Its that easy!! I have to say! Not only did it have the creamy texture but it was awesome! The only thing... it melts a wee bit too fast... :( BUT IT WAS GOOOD! *SLURPS!*

I was serving the rest that when i got my share...it was all melted! :(
None the less, it was awesome! Plus it was a hit among my relatives!
My niece came back for seconds! :D
