Fluffy Pancakes!

Who doesn't love pancakes for breakfast? Golden fluffy pancakes are an awesome start to any morning! It only takes about 15 mins to whip up awesome pancakes!!!

Ingredients

(Makes 7)

(Dry)
1 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp sugar
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

(Wet)
1 cup milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1) Heat the pan on medium flame. A good hot pan is key for nice golden coloured pancakes!

2) Mix all dry ingredients together.

3) In a separate bowl, beat the wet ingredients.

4) Slowly add in the wet mix into the dry ingredients. Mix well, but do not overmix.

5) Turn down flame to low-medium. Add 1/2 tbsp of butter to the pan and using a kitchen towel, spread butter till it covers the pan.

6) Pour about 1/6 cup of batter on pan. Once you see bubbles at the sides of the pancake, flip over!

7) When evenly golden on both sides, remove from heat, serve with favourite toppings and syrup!

Who doesn't love pancakes with bananas and choco syrup? ;)
